Richard got into this business from the technical side; first as a programmer, then developing web sites and finally doing search engine optimizations.  In his “real” job, Richard still develops software for higher education applications. In his spare time (ha!), he likes to tinker with electronics, travel and write. He also enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, basketball and coaching youth league sports.
